The law firm is known for its cross-border practice and for belonging to the contacts of first choice when it comes to Finnish and cross-border business and transactions relating to Germany, Austria and the German speaking Switzerland. 

We are one of the smaller boutique law firms with a focus on certain selected legal areas that belong to our core expertise. The firm is the result of a spin-off from one of the major international law firms in Helsinki in 2001. 

We are a member of the Finnish Bar Association and also of different chambers of commerce and professional associations in Finland and abroad. 

Clientele

Our clients are predominately smaller and middle sized Finnish and foreign companies but also listed and multinational corporations, foreign embassies and institutions.
